Dick Dastardly and Muttley are the evil villains of Wacky Races. Armed with a silly snigger Muttley helps Dick Dastardly as he tries to sabotage and scheme his way to victory in each of the Wacky Races. They manage to pull ahead in their Mean Machine during all the races, but always end up left in other Wacky Racers' dust, rolling along in the rear!
