The Show
Mac
Mac is your average 8-year-old boy, apart from the fact he likes homework and spends most of his time hanging out with an imaginary troublemaker called Bloo, at a home for imaginary friends. Mac is always being forced into silly schemes and not-so-good ideas by Bloo and is always the one who prevents his small-scale disasters from becoming full-blown, apocalyptic events.
Bloo
Bloo is Mac's best Imaginary Friend ever, or so he'd like to believe. Although Bloo is not out to cause trouble it seems to follow him wherever he goes! The blissfully oblivious blue blob is always ready to drag his best friend, Mac, and the rest of the Foster's gang on any ludicrous, ill-fated and potentially criminal adventure. But no matter how much mayhem Bloo unleashes on the house, he's always forgiven, he's just too much fun to be around.
Eduardo
With his sharp fangs, fearsome horns and skull-shaped belt buckle, Eduardo looks quite the menacing monster. But in sur-reality, he's the sweetest Imaginary Friend you'd ever imagine. With the curious demeanor of a 4-year-old, this gentle giant wouldn't hurt a fly. In fact, he's quite scared of them. Come to think of it, he's scared of everything: loud noises, cars, falling leaves etc. But if his friends are in trouble, this oversized scaredy-cat will forget his fears and explode into a fiery rage to protect them.
Coco
Coco is, well, a little off key, OK, she's absolutely crazy. She speaks entirely in her own language (based solely on variations of the word 'coco') and runs around the house laying colorful plastic eggs with surprise fillings. Despite the fact that Coco seems to live in a world of her own, she is frequently the one that comes up with ingenious solutions to the Gang's problems.
Wilt
The one armed Wilt is very, very, very tall and very, very, very nice. There's nothing Wilt wouldn't do for a friend or a close enemy and he is never happier than when he is lending a helping hand, in fact rumour has it that he gave his right arm to help somebody, which is why he no longer has it. Wilt wouldn't hesitate in offering his one good arm and a leg or two to help out and if his courteous and sunny disposition doesn't win you over, he's more than willing to apologize for any inconvenience his good nature might have caused.
Mr Herriman
Mr. Herriman was imagined by Madame Foster when she was just a little girl. Incredibly proper and well-organized, the bunny from a bygone era oversees the daily operations of the house. A rigid taskmaster, Herriman expects nothing but perfection from the staff and residents of Foster's. He has zero tolerance for shenanigans, and anyone who violates his strict code of conduct will most certainly pay the ultimate price, a long-winded, reprimanding session in his office.
Frankie
Frankie Foster is Madame Foster's 22-year-old granddaughter and the engine that keeps Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends running. Sometimes an authority figure, sometimes a partner in crime, Frankie is like a big sister to the Imaginary Friends, and it's up to her take care of them.
Madame Foster
As the matriarch of the home, Madame Foster has nothing but pure, unyielding love for all Imaginary Friends. And all Imaginary Friends love her. She's the ultimate surrogate Granny: incredibly kind, unselfishly caring and delightfully dithery. Madame Foster may be getting older on the outside but looks can be deceiving.
