Why is the game not loading?
Check if you have Flash player installed as most our games require this software. You can download or get an upgrade from www.adobe.com
The remaining games require the Shockwave which you can also download from www.adobe.com.
Why is the game taking so long to load?
Most of our games have file sizes ranging from 500K to 2 MB. Depending on your Internet connection, games can take several minutes to load. For information about high-speed or broadband access, please contact your local service provider.

Why the videos don’t work?
Boomerangtv.co.uk videos are streamed in Windows Media Player or Flash. We recommend you use the latest version of each video player to best view them.
You can download or update Flash from www.adobe.com and Windows Media Player from www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia
Can I watch Boomerang videos if I live outside the UK?
Yes, most our video clips can be viewed outside the UK without any problems. However, sometimes we have content which are restricted to the UK due to legal or copyright reasons.

Click the show image in the homepage or type the show name in the “search” box and you will be directed to this show page, games, videos and other cool stuff.
Competitions Help
How do I enter a Boomerang competition?
Find the “Win” or “Enter Competition” buttons in the homepage and follow the instructions in the page to enter a competition. Don’t forget to read and agree with the terms and conditions before you submit your details.
Why do I need to enter my personal details when entering a competition?
Because we need the contact details to notify winners and post the prizes. We don’t use your personal details for any other purpose and we don’t give them to any other third party company so don’t worry!
Do I need parent permission to enter Boomerang competitions?
Yes if you are under the age of 16.

By registering with Boomerang you will be the first to know about new shows, cartoons, games and competitions. You will also be able to customise the website with your favourite shows.
How do I customise the site?
First you need to register and then you will be able to select a show and colour from the drop down menus to customise the site. It’s important to note we use cookies to remember your selection and this feature must be activated in your browser.
How do I activate cookies?
You need to find the internet options in your web browser and change the settings following the instructions given by your browser. If your cookies are disabled, the Boomerang customisation won’t work.
